Erin Albanese is a Partner at PRK Livengood in Bellevue, where she advises business owners and founders on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, securities transactions, and general business matters. Her practice focuses on representing closely held companies in buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions, private equity deals, ownership restructurings, incentive compensation design, and succession planning.

Known for her practical, business‑oriented approach, Erin helps owners align transaction strategy with broader wealth objectives. She lives in Sammamish with her family and two golden retrievers.

Julie is the CEO of Shannon & Associates, LLP and has served clients for more than 30 years. She provides accounting and audit services and advises clients on process improvement, internal controls, tax matters, and strategic planning. Julie specializes in consulting and audit services for employee benefit plans and works with clients across manufacturing, retail and wholesale, professional services, contractors, nonprofits, restaurants and food and beverage, associations, and other closely held businesses. 
 
Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Western Washington University and is a Washington native. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Colin and her daughters, Caitie and Emily.

Carolyn S. Harvey is the President and CEO of Archbright, a role she has held since joining the organization in 2017. She brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience spanning manufacturing, professional services, consulting, engineering, and healthcare. Prior to becoming CEO, Carolyn served as Archbright’s Vice President of Member Services, leading all member-facing functions and strengthening service delivery for small and mid-sized employers.

Before Archbright, Carolyn was Vice President of Human Resources at a nonprofit healthcare organization. Carolyn holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Krisann Hatch, Vice President of Member Services at Archbright, has over 11 years of experience delivering innovative HR solutions and overseeing Consulting, Operations, Claims, and Safety & Loss Control teams. Previously, she spent nearly 25 years at Red Lion Hotels, culminating as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Krisann excels in creating people-centric strategies that drive operational success and employee satisfaction. 

She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and an MBA from Washington State University. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and cheering on the EWU Eagles. 

Kathy Iverson-1

Kathy Iverson, Senior HR Advisor, Archbright

Kathy Iverson, SPHR, is a Senior HR Advisor at Archbright with over 29 years of management-level human resources experience across corporate, nonprofit, service, and manufacturing environments, including both union and non-union settings. 

Kathy works closely with members to educate, train, and strengthen employee relations skills, and she advises daily on employment law compliance, employee relations, leaves, and ADA matters. She holds a B.A. in Public and Interpersonal Communication from Seattle Pacific University.

Gary Kawamura - Square

Gary Kawamura is the Business Development Manager at Dynamic Computing and has worked in sales and business development for over 10 years. At Dynamic Computing, Gary's focus is helping small and mid-sized businesses thrive and succeed by making the right investments in technology and cybersecurity.

Gary holds a BA from Washington State University and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. He lives in Beacon Hill and spends his free time racing mountain bikes, traveling, and also reading and quoting The Economist.

David Lightfoot has over 40 years of accounting, finance, and operational experience. David has served as Controller, Chief Financial Officer or Vice President of Finance for small and medium-sized businesses. He also has operations experience and has worked as a CEO, giving him a broad business perspective.

David has been a CPA for over 40 years and also is a CMA (Certified Management Accountant). He is currently Principal of David Lightfoot CFO, LLC. His clients call him a “world-class listener.”

Kevin is an Executive Vice President and Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest at Columbia Bank, where he leads one of four Commercial Banking divisions.
 
Kevin brings deep expertise across industries including mergers and acquisitions, commercial construction, manufacturing, marine transportation, and Native American financial services.
 
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington, is an Honors graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, and was named a Puget Sound Business Journal “40 Under 40” honoree in 2018.

Jessica graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science, Major in Accounting and has an MBA, Economic Crime and Fraud Management from Utica College of Syracuse University. She is a CPA and a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) and CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).

Russ is a dedicated husband and the father of two teenagers. He is active in his local church and Boy Scouts Troop, and he enjoys softball, personal fitness, music, and fiction writing.

Ben is a member of Bellevue Rotary, Vistage, and chairs the Seattle Children's Hospital Legacy Council.
